Quality assurance and manufacturing

All Electronic Navigation Ltd (ENL) products marketed under the WASSP brand are designed and manufactured under ISO9001-2000, as certified by Lloyds.

ENL manufactures all multibeam sonar transducers on site at its Auckland, New Zealand, headquarters. 

Key suppliers to this process are ceramic plate and polyurethane manufacturers. These suppliers are selected after passing ENL’s ISO supplier qualification review. With an eye on the environment, waste material from the manufacturing process is minimised through ongoing production engineering reviews, which has resulted in a dramatic improvement in raw material utilisation. 

Final electronic assembly and testing is completed inhouse to ensure all finished product meets ENL’s stringent quality standards.
